Arrive straight after work on Friday: Relax with a glass of wine and a plate of nibbles, pamper yourself with a leisurely soak in the bath and enjoy a comforting 3-course Friday evening supper of the finest regional produce in the Oak dining room at 7.30pm.
Saturday morning following breakfast maybe you might like to join Leah in a Cupcakes Galore – hands-on baking experience in her gleamingly smart kitchen – or of course, you could just put your feet up in the comfy guest sitting room and read the tasty Cheshire Food Trail detailing the local delicacies enjoyed at the farm, or, for more energetic types, there’s walks aplenty that will offer a great workout along with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.
Saturday: Afternoon Tea is served at 4.30pm - Leah's cupcakes are becoming legendary, so it's worth the effort to get here in time!
7.30pm, it’ll be time to gather round the kitchen table in The Pantry with a glass of wine while you watch Leah cook up a storm – well, your supper - right in front of you. Along with your own recipe file there’ll be hints on how to recreate the recipes at home, and tips on where to search out the delicious local produce she sources for guests. Replete and possibly a bit jolly, it’s fortunately just a few yards back across the courtyard to your welcoming bed.
Sunday morning After a night of peaceful sleep beneath a down duvet, the idea is that you awake refreshed, bouncing with energy, and hopefully hungry again, to sample one of Sue’s Aga-cooked breakfasts. These are made with locally-sourced sausages and bacon, the farm’s own eggs and regionally grown produce. And they are delicious.
Cupcakes Galore: Treat yourself to a Saturday or Sunday course - needs to be confirmed upon booking.
£110 per person for a 1-night break inclusive of dinner or the Demo & Dine.
£170 per person for a 2-night break inclusive of dinner Friday & Demo & Dine Saturday.
