Mellow Brook Cottage is so peaceful with the most stunning, spectacular views right over the Cheshire Plain to the Welsh Mountains. This spacious 17th Century Barn Conversion sleeps 4 in two en-suite double bedrooms. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted, it retains many original features and is enhanced by the new oil fired combination central heating system and double glazed windows for warmth along with a log burning fire.
There are a variety of excellent walks from the door, including the Gritstone Trail, which leads to the National Trust property of Lyme Park.
Throughout the barn there is a wealth of exposed timbers. The entrance hall and kitchen have stone-flagged floors; the sitting room has been carpeted as have the upstairs bedrooms.
Ground floor:
