Terms and Conditions
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the accommodation, and then will be refunded less an administration charge of £10 per room.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and Delta cards, cheques if accompanied by a current cheque guarantee card and cash.
Payment
To help us facilitate your easy and quick departure at our busiest time in the mornings, we ask for payment on your arrival of the balance outstanding.
Children
Children of all ages are welcomed into Mellow Brook Cottage.
In the Bed & Breakfast accomodation only children aged 14 and over are welcomed unless all the guest rooms are booked for a private party, in which case there is no age limit.
Smoking
Harrop Fold Farm & Mellow Brook Cottage are both non-smoking.
Pets
No pets are allowed except for guide dogs.
Arrival & Departure
Guests are welcomed at Harrop Fold Farm Bed & Breakfast between 4.30pm – 7.30pm. If you wish to arrive outside of these times, please telephone in order that we may arrange a mutually convenient time. Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11am on day of departure.
Guests may arrive at Mellow Brook Cottage anytime after 3 pm and are requested to vacate the cottage by 10 am on day of departure.
