Terms and Conditions
Bed & Breakfast
Deposits: Friday, Saturday & Sunday bookings to be paid in full upon booking. Mon-Thursday deposit amounting to one night's stay is required with booking. Balance is due on arrival, we accept VISA, Mastercard. Maestro & Delta cards & cash. Cheques are no longer accepted.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the accommodation, and then will be refunded less an administration charge of £10 per room.
Mellow Brook Cottage (self-catering)
Deposits: £150 deposit is due on booking with the balance being due 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations: Any payment made is non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the accommodation, and then will be refunded less an administration charge of £25.
Smoking
Harrop Fold Farm & Mellow Brook Cottage are both non-smoking.
Pets
No pets are allowed except for guide dogs.
Arrival & Departure
Guests are welcomed at Harrop Fold Farm Bed & Breakfast between 4.30pm – 7.30pm. If you wish to arrive outside of these times, please telephone in order that we may arrange a mutually convenient time. Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11am on day of departure.
Guests may arrive at Mellow Brook Cottage anytime after 3 pm and are requested to vacate the cottage by 10 am on day of departure.
